Abstrak

PT. Hutahean Grup is PT. Hutahaean Group is a company engaged in the plantation and oil mill and also one of CALTEX’s contractor. The Payroll administration system at PT. Hutahaean Group is still conventional. The admintrator calculate the salary of employees start from attendance, entry employee data, making reports, overtime so it takes a long time and often error in input data. So in the pay process takes a long time, inaccurate, efficient and effective and detrimental to employees. The design of payroll information system is one of the solutions given in overcoming the payroll administration problem. With the design of this payroll administration information system, is expected to provide payroll administration services more quickly and accurately. With this system, payroll will be faster and more accurate and will also make employees more motivated to work and improve the quality of their work.
