Perancangan Aplikasi CRM Reservasi Kamar Berbasis WEB Pada Hotel Mariani

Abstrak

Designing a CRM application system using PHP and MySQL at Hotel Mariani. This application process the data booking room that is the process of check in and check out. Upper middle companies must meet the concept of easy and reusable development. Often the development of data processing technology in a company will become more increased, due to the development of software applications that are not reusable and relatively difficult. This resulted in losses for Hotel Mariani due to the relatively expensive development cost. Here the authors analyze and design the application system infrastructure to be built, navigation structure, data base used, the programming language used and the integration of both. For that in making this CRM application the author uses PHP programming language as a basic component of system design. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the reservation process rooms, comments by customers can be done by going online and computerized well.
